Return Policy

 

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ask for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 7 days of delivery. The item(s) must be new ,not worn, with original box and tags double boxed as received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you are making an exchange, we will ship your first exchange pair free of charge. The original shipping fees will not be refunded. The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a RA# or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of ES2SHOP.
